Shipping Partner All orders are shipped via Aramex. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your delivery.
Delivery Timeframe Orders are delivered within 5–7 business days from the date of dispatch. Please note that delivery times may vary during peak periods, public holidays, or due to circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping Rates A standard shipping fee of R90 applies to all orders.
Free Shipping Free shipping may be available in the following cases:
- A valid free shipping discount code is applied at checkout.
- Your order meets our minimum spend threshold for free shipping (where applicable and as advertised).
- You purchase a qualifying quantity of products that makes you eligible for free shipping (where applicable and as advertised).
Free shipping promotions will be clearly communicated on our website and at checkout when applicable.
Order Processing Orders are processed on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding South African public holidays). Orders placed over weekends or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Tracking Your Order Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your Aramex tracking number. You can use this to track your order on the Aramex website.
Failed Deliveries If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to an incorrect address or no one being available to receive the parcel, Aramex may hold the parcel at a nearby facility. Additional re-delivery fees may apply. Urban In & Out is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect address information provided at checkout.
